About us

Vision Singular is a team of professionals with extensive experience in the air transport sector. We have worked on the management, privatization, acquisition, and supervision of airports worldwide, giving us in-depth knowledge of the industry and its service standards.

This comprehensive view, broad in terms of diverse market knowledge and deep in terms of accumulated experience, provides an ideal perspective for assessing the quality that the air transport sector offers its customers.

Our service is primarily geared towards airports and airlines. However, we can also work with other clients such as governments, regulators, shareholders, international organizations, etc. For all of them, having a comprehensive, expert, and independent assessment is a very useful planning and management tool.

Vision Singular offers an audit service of the characteristics and quality level offered by an airport or airline. This is a confidential and informed assessment provided to the client in a reasoned manner and supported by data and evidence.

Our ability to relate the service provided to international industry standards gives us a perspective that allows us to contextualize any scenario under evaluation and obtain consistent assessments.

Our services

Vision Singular offers an audit service for the characteristics and quality of the service provided to customers by airports and airlines. The evaluation is structured around two approaches, objective and subjective. The first carries the most weight (80%) and is based on pre-established criteria, while the second (20% of the total score) includes aspects that are difficult to objectify but have a significant influence on the quality of service provided.

The standard rating is between 0 and 100 points.

Vision Singular's evaluation is structured as follows:

Objective vision: Assesses 12 basic blocks + 2 optional blocks. The basic blocks include the assessment of connections for airports with a significant volume of activity in this market segment. The optional blocks are dedicated to air cargo and internal customer service.

Subjective vision: This includes a justified subjective assessment that considers the overall service provided and other aspects that are difficult to objectify but have a significant impact on the perception of the client, the media, social networks, and authorities.

Interviews: Additionally, there is the possibility of interacting with passengers and airport customers in general to understand their opinion and assessment of the service they receive. This sociological approach will be implemented taking into account the context in which it takes place, as well as the profile of the interviewees.

Assessment detail

What sets us apart

Vision Singular offers a unique service in the market. We provide a comprehensive and expert assessment that can be scheduled for a single, specific moment, on a recurring basis, or on an extraordinary basis at specific times (construction, regulatory changes) and after their completion.

Vision Singular does not use star ratings, nor does it analyze the characteristics and quality of the service provided based solely on customer interviews, and it never outsources its work.

Vision Singular offers a comprehensive, expert, and reasoned analysis of a modular nature that can include the essential aspects of the business, specific characteristics (such as airports operating as hubs), incorporate the service received by internal clients (employees), or gauge passenger perception through direct contact with them regarding specific aspects.

Airport view

Clients

Our potential clients include airports, airlines, governments, multilateral organizations, investors, etc.

Airports

Airports are natural monopolies subject to a detailed and strict regulatory framework. However, airport catchment areas are increasingly overlapping, hubs are competing for connecting passengers, and governments want to know the quality of service they provide. Furthermore, airports' exposure to social media and the media attention surrounding any airport event make it advisable to have a detailed understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of airport infrastructure and its operations.

Airlines

Airlines have been operating in an increasingly competitive environment for decades. Their presence in the media and on social networks for reasons related to the quality of their service is commonplace and exerts a significant influence on their customers, investors, competitors, and regulators. Price may be the most important factor, but the quality of service received by the passenger is also relevant.

Governments

The authorities that regulate, supervise, and defend consumer rights are potential clients of our services. Having an independent, expert third party in air transport assess the quality of the public service provided is a common practice in most countries, regions, and cities.

Multilateral organizations

International organizations related to commercial aviation and those of a political nature may use an independent, expert third party in commercial aviation to assess the situation, propose regulatory changes, or establish standards in the sector.

Investors

One of the factors that creates or destroys value is the market's perception of the service provided by the company. This perception is directly related to quality and can influence the present and future value for both current and potential investors.
